Welcome to the official campaign website for Enoc Baeza, your candidate for the District 4 Board of Education. As a dedicated educator and the youngest candidate at 26 years old, I bring a fresh perspective, a passion for student success, and a deep commitment to ensuring that our schools provide every student with the high-quality education they deserve.

With a Master’s in Education (M.Ed.) and years of experience in the classroom, I have firsthand knowledge of the challenges teachers, students, and families face every day. I believe in the power of education to change lives, and I have the results to prove it. While teaching at a previously F-rated campus, my students achieved an average of two years of grade-level growth in consecutive years. This success was not an accident—it was the result of high expectations, strong instructional strategies, and an unwavering belief in my students’ potential.

Beyond my time in the classroom, my leadership has been recognized by top education networks nationwide. I have received multiple offers for administrative and leadership roles from YES Prep Public Schools, KIPP, and other school systems across Texas and the nation. These opportunities have deepened my understanding of effective school leadership, policy implementation, and the urgent need for systemic change in public education. I know what works, and I am ready to bring that knowledge to our school board.

I am running to ensure that:

But right now, too many students are being left behind due to a lack of leadership, misplaced priorities, and policies that fail to address real needs. I refuse to accept the status quo.

Estas oportunidades me han brindado un conocimiento profundo sobre el liderazgo escolar efectivo, la implementación de políticas y la necesidad urgente de un cambio sistémico en la educación pública. Sé lo que funciona y estoy listo para llevar ese conocimiento a la junta escolar.

A New Vision for District 4

District 4 deserves more than temporary fixes—we need real, lasting change. Schools don’t struggle because of a lack of fundraising; they struggle when leadership fails to take responsibility, set high expectations, and ensure resources are used effectively.

Raising the Bar for Our Schools

Right now, only 43% of students in FWISD meet grade-level expectations in core subjects. Special education students, English learners, and economically disadvantaged children continue to face the greatest challenges. These aren’t just numbers—they represent real students who deserve better.

Our schools need accountability, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. That means holding leadership at every level responsible for student outcomes and making sure every decision puts students first.

This campaign is about action. It’s about making sure every student, no matter their background, has access to a high-quality education that prepares them for success.

No podemos esperar más. El Distrito 4 necesita líderes que desafíen el status quo, que hagan las preguntas difíciles y que exijan lo mejor para nuestros niños.

When compared to the previous year, Fort Worth saw a decrease in the percentage of students achieving Meets Grade Level and Masters Grade Level in most core subjects. While some grade levels showed slight increases, the overall data points to a lack of meaningful progress.

Mathematics: Performance in math saw declines in Meets and Masters categories across multiple grade levels. This is particularly alarming because math proficiency is a strong predictor of future academic success.

Reading: While some grade levels showed slight improvement, literacy remains a significant challenge, particularly for economically disadvantaged and English learner (EB/EL) students.

Fort Worth is at a crossroads. Year after year, we see the same patterns—students falling behind, gaps widening, and potential going unrealized. This isn’t just a statistic; it’s a reality that affects families, futures, and the strength of our entire community. If we keep doing the same thing, we will keep getting the same results. It’s time to break the cycle. We need leadership that doesn’t settle for mediocrity, policies that challenge the status quo, and a school system that puts students first. The future of Fort Worth depends on the choices we make today—let’s choose progress.
